Maintenance free Earthing has emerged as
one of the modern age earthing. In this type of earthing watering and
inspection is not required that frequently
as it was required in conventional type of earthing.
This is also known as chemical earthing.
Two types of technologies are commonly used for manufacturing of such earthing , one
is Pipe in pipe technology while other is strip in pipe.
Pipe in Pipe technology – In this one big
size pipe and one small dia pipe
is used and space between both the pipes is filled with highly crystalline
conductive material and this is pressurized filled with specially formed
machine made for this purpose and both the ends of the pipe are sealed
properly.
Strip in Pipe technology – In this type
of technology one strip is kept in between a pipe and space between pipe and
strip is filled with CCM.

Copper bonded rods are available in
14.2mm , 17.2 mm and 25 mm in 2m & 3m length, while GI and copper pipe earthings are
available in 50mm, 76mm, in 2m and 3m length while can also be made as per
customer own requirement.
Maintenance free earthing consists of
both side sealed electrode and ground enhancing compound. 25 kg Gem is supplied
with 2m electrode while 50 kg compound is supplied with 3m electrode.
Installation of earthing : 6 inch dia hole
is digged out
and electrode is placed in center of hole then GEM is mixed with water and
poured into hole in slurry form.
GEM manufactured by us is hygroscopic g
in nature and can retain 8-10 times of water for very long time therefore this
type of earthing is also known as chemical earthing.
